Ranking Methods:

• TTRPEAK Score - Utilizes a 400ft buffer zone around each signal to select the TTRPEAK value from TomTom source data. For each TomTom segment inside of the buffer zone a weighted ranking is applied:
  (TTRPeak * Length of clipped TomTom Segment) / (Total Length of All clipped TomTom Segments inside a 400ft buffer zone)



• VMT Score - Using WV & MD DOT AADT volumes, a 400ft buffer zone around each signal is used to select and clip the DOT volume data. For each clipped DOT segment inside the buffer zone the follow ranking is applied:
  (Volume of DOT Segment * clipped length of DOT Segment) and then these results are summed for each buffer zone.



• Composite Score -
  (TTRPEAK Score - 1) * VMT Score
